Molly Parker's life hasn't exactly been perfect. She moved from England, to Boston with her mom early in her life and thats when everything spiraled out of control. Molly's mom, Jennifer, was dignosed with cancer and eventually died in Boston. Before her death, Jennifer told Molly a secret that would change Molly's life. Molly finds out that the dad she thought she never had is Josh Cameron, the all-star point guard for the Boston Celtics. Molly is sent to live with her moms best friend, Barbara Evans at 1A Joy Street in Boston. Mrs. Evans and Molly's mom went to college with Josh at Conneticut. Jennifer Parker was Josh's girlfriend; but later in their relationship, Jennifer left Josh and moved to England. When Molly finds out that Josh is her dad, she decides to go talk to him. Of course he doesn't believe her, but throught the process they become good friends. Molly, along with her extremely smart best friend Sam Bloom, get to hang out with the entire Celtics team. Molly's ultimate goal is to gain Josh's trust. Josh breaks Molly's heart in the process, but in the end he repairs it. Throughout the whole book, Molly takes five steps forward and fifteen back. It is a complete page turner, and a must read!

Mike has written numerous best sellers; and not all of them are about sports. For instance, one of his books was a best selling mystery.
